Dress Fabrics hits the catwalk!
But first – Great British sewing Bee Final is on tonight – set your alarms for 9.30pm!!
We took part on our first fashion show last Saturday night. There was some emergency last minute sewing to finish the night before (and maybe the morning of) the event. We managed to convince a son, a nephew and one of our sewing class attendees got her two daughters to show off the amazing creations she has made in our classes this year. Lisa is a very talented seamstress and to think she had never really sewn anything before last January and now her (Lucky) daughters are getting beautiful dungarees, playsuits and dresses made for them.
Above is Cillian in an easy tracksuit pants in our french terry sweatshirt fabric from the B Inspired S/S 16 Magazine with a simple raglan tshirt.

Liam wore a long sleeved raglan sweatshirt made from our camouflage french terry and a pair of jeans from an older edition of B Inspired. Denim for the jeans is available here.

The ladies wore a Rachel Wrap dress made with one of our lovely viscose jerseys and an Elisalex dress made with our printed cotton sateen and a Morris Blazer made with our cosy Ponte Di Roma.

That’s all the photos I could salvage – the lighting wasn’t great for photography so I have none of the girls in their outfits. You’ll have to take my word for how awesome they were!
